Objective:

Obtain a position within the Aerospace Industry where I can utilize my knowledge, experience and creativity in an engineering role. My career has focused on Type Certified Transport Category Aircraft, but has also included Specialized Aircraft Operating in Unique and Challenging Flight Envelopes. Responsibilities have involved all phases in an aircraft development program from initial design, fabrication, flight test and customer acceptance.

I supported Integrated Product Teams (IPT) using Quality Management Systems (QMS) AS9100 & ISO 9001.

I have worked in Project Management, Engineering Design / Installation / Repair, Systems Safety Analysis, Stress Analysis of Propulsion and Airframe Structures, Propulsion and Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) Systems.

I have been the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in airborne installations for Propulsion Integration of Air Breathing and Rockets Motors i.e., Nacelle / Strut / Pylon & APU Installation, Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Fuels Systems,

Engine Build Up (EBU), Fuel Tanks and Pressure Vessels, Flammability and Fire Detection, Environmental Controls, Flight Controls, Air Data Systems, Commercial & VIP Business Jet Interiors and Technical Publication.

These skills serve to work with internal / external vendors to maintain build schedule and budget commitments.

My experience is built on a background in Reliability, Availability, Maintainability & Safety (RAMS) which has afforded me the diverse exposure describe above. The tools used include, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Flight Test Data Analysis, Flight Operations and Training, Fail Safe Analysis for Extended Range Operations with Two-Engine Airplanes (ETOPS). Additionally, I have support Accident – Incident Mishap Investigations using Databases, working across multiple platforms and organizations.

I have had a long standing working relationship with Governing Regulators from Certification, Customer Delivery of aircraft, to In-Service Continued Operational Safety (COS) issues that lead to the development of an approved Service Bulletin (S/B) that seamlessly integrates with the regulators related Airworthiness Directives (AD’s).

This spectrum of interaction with the regulators has been accomplished a crossed several venues for both pre and post phase Certification such as Partnership for Safety Plan (PSP), Product Specific Certification Plans (PSCP), Type Inspection Authorization (TIA), Aircraft Evaluation Group (AEG) and 8110’s to name a few.
