Position: Production Supervisor

Responsibilities: Monthly safety training of fructose production operators, identify any unsafe behaviors by any employee & instruct in proper behavior. Recognize and remove any safety barriers, implement any changes. Provide the tools & resources to fructose operators to achieve their daily tasks. Assure operators meet daily production goals. Daily plant operations include in process testing at each stage of production, make changes if necessary. Final product testing to insure material meets product specifications. Verify & Trouble shoot mechanical problems, Start the maintenance process insuring minimal down time. Coordinate scheduled maintenance with the Plant Manager & Fructose Superintendent. Lead daily meeting to pass along any finished or unfinished maintenance or upcoming issues that may halt production. Manage each product line from start to final product. Implement new safety & production procedures in accordance with Cargill’s Process Development Group (PDG).

Position: Production Operator

Responsibilities: Operate & maintain all filtration equipment in process. Trouble shoot equipment by verifying product specs. Keep plant stocked with all filtration supplies. Communicate equipment issues with maintenance team and report any work done during shift exchange.

Position: Traffic Manager

Responsibilities: Scheduling production for the Mill to meet customer due dates. Coordinating with sales department to insure order accuracy for customer loads. Schedule inbound & outbound freight carriers for customers. Customer service, communicate with customers on daily basis to insure load accuracy, make any changes per customers request. Supervise and maintain quality procedures for product authenticity, including Mill Test reports for each heat of material and producing BOL.

Position: Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities: Create & implement preventative maintenance system using ISO guidelines, including supervising weekly & quarterly inspections on all equipment. Stock & inventory spare parts for all equipment. Bring building safety up to OSHA codes. Increase production with less unscheduled downtime. Prepare maintenance system for ISO & internal Cargill Audits.

Training Received: Microsoft Excel level 1,2 & 3, Microsoft word, Microsoft outlook.
