Telecommunication Specialist (December 2012 until present) United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supports the telecommunications infrastructure, installs, tests and maintains wiring for both data and voice networks.

1- Help Desk Support duties:
• Setup and install computer software and hardware including printers, modems, and related peripherals.
• Setting up all software installations of the new Desktops/Laptops
• Performing maintenance and repairing computer hardware including backup and equipment cleaning.
• Monitor operational performance and Troubleshoot system problems, using Bomgar remote support software and windows RDP.
• Maintain internal network, cabling (with cable termination) and shared folders
• Research and purchase computers, laptops, and other electronic office equipment software and hardware.
• Setting up and maintaining the ISP connections, the LAN/WAN system and configuring switches and routers
• Monitor and report system related bugs.
• Respond to and resolve difficult inquires and complaints. 2 - Updating KDEC.net website duties:
• Getting materials from the multimedia and converting all the sermons for all the church meetings on a weekly basis to the required formats and upload it on the site weekly.
• Coordinating with designers, developers and writers to help maintaining the website and keeping it up to date with the latest technologies
• Updating and uploading all the studies, articles, news and the e-books on the website using CMS
(Content management System)
• Photo Editing on the front page of the site
• Getting materials (Audio and video) from the church studio and uploading sermons on the website.
• Receiving of correspondences sent on the “contact us” section, replying them or forwarding them to the people of concern.
