Description :Best Buy currently does not sell Digital products through a single, Best Buy customer experience. Best Buy currently leverages external vendors’ digital sales capabilities by sending customers to the vendor hosted site to complete a digital transaction. This creates limitations that the Digital SKU project is created to help resolve.

The R3 Digital SKU project is established to enable Best Buy the ability to sell digital offers through an internal process. This project will design and build a framework to enable Best Buy to sell digital entitlement through Best Buy’s current sales channels. The solution should consider digital music, movies, games, and software.

Description The client is a major Australian Bank's European subsidiary. The project handles multiple technologies at offshore involving work on Siebel and Data warehousing. The testing team is a separate group in the project which handles testing of applications in mainframes, Siebel and Java.The testing started at offshore on pilot basis in January 2008 which went through successfully. The scope of the pilot testing involved understanding and getting familiarized with the banking application and the various functional flows such as customer account creation, loan applications and the integration of different systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Developed automated framework using QTP.

Analyzed automated test results, documented and reported through Quality center.

Developed Compiled Modules scripts, Navigation scripts, Utility scripts in QTP which increased the reusability.

Participated in the Requirements and Planning Phase to review the project requirements for testability and the proposed scope of work. Involved in drafting proposed approaches, schedules, delivery milestones and delivered to Project Management..

Description : The goal of the project is to automate the regression testing test cases for Suncom application using CET Tool. This has different subsystem like CACS, Usage, Billing, Collection, and Finance. These automated scripts will run in different release of Suncom. CET is in-house tool of convergys and uses Win Runner in the background to run scripts.

My Role:

Developed Test Cases and Test Scripts using QTP.

Analyzed automated test results, documented and reported through Quality center.

Developed Compiled Modules scripts, Navigation scripts, Utility scripts in QTP which increased the reusability, Used SoaP UI for web services testing.

Description :The goal of the project is to test the Functionality,Regression,Retesting of the GUI and Web Admin Console (WAC) of the ITRMR11 Product which is in beta3. ITRMR11 is an integrated product of three software namely Unicenter Software Delivery,Unicenter Remote Control, Unicenter Asset Mangement with service Desk and e- Trust Antivirus.

My Role:

Preparation of test cases for functional testing and their execution .Conduct retesting and regression testing. Setup test environment. Publishing test summery reports.
