Determined number of temporary employees needed to complete the product demand and which presses would be running. 24/5 Operation with 16 presses producing 1 to 6 gallon plastic pails, covers and handles. Controlled inventory, maintenance, shipping/receiving and production. Educated and implemented 5S, documented SOPs, compiled, organized and standardized a variety of old documentation. Loggerhead Deco provides small batch organic decorated glass products to the beverage industry specializing in decorating bottles primarily for the boutique distillery industry. Introduced and implementing many Lean Manufacturing practices, including a 5S program and several Kaizen events to improve production and morale.

Banner Engineering is a worldwide leader that designs, manufactures and distributes sensors and associated products for industrial and process automation with annual sales of $200 million.
