TD Bank – Consultant - Testing Manager/Lead Tester, 2007 – 2015

Testing Lead for Systems Integration Testing for Microsoft Office 365 Cloud eMail Migration: Customer Validation of Service and Systems Integration Testing. Responsibilities include the Testing Strategy/Approach/Plan/ Test Case Creation and Execution/QA/Defect Management for functional and systems integration testing of all TD Bank eMessaging infrastructure components and access points in English and Français. This covered the end to end migration testing for legacy archive re-hydration, mailbox migration data integrity and accuracy to the O365 Cloud for users, generic/shared, calendar boardrooms and resources, application integration, mail flow, Blackberry 10 UAT, GOOD for Android and iOS Mobility UAT, Outlook Web App UAT with various browsers, Azure services, public folders, EOP, FIM, Lync, Entrust Secure Mail on various access points, browsers, and mobile devices; O365 Archiving, and Outlook 2010 for Virtual/Citrix/VDI and Windows7 EDGE desktops/laptops within TD Bank. Responsibilities included the creation of Testing Strategy/Approach/Plan/ Test Case Creation and Execution/QA/Defect Management for functional and systems integration testing of infrastructure components for Virtual and Windows7 EDGE desktops, Application certification, eMail and Mobility migration, and Unstructured Data migration.

SharePoint 2010 Upgrade UAT/BAT Manager: Testing Strategy/Approach/Design/Plan/Test Case Creation and Execution/QA/Defect Management/Status Reports for TD’s SharePoint 2010 upgrade using SDLC methodology. Project leadership and coordination for Business acceptance testing (BAT) including the organization, direction, coordination and management of over 200 primary testing personnel for the various SharePoint sites. Included formal communications, test case development based on Business requirements, hands on support, results and defect tracking, interaction with various technical and business stakeholders, and obtaining sign-off from each Line of Business. Extensive testing resulted in a very successful SharePoint upgrade.

Workspace UAT Manager: for Bank of America MBNA credit card acquisition. Responsibilities included project plan estimates, timelines, critical path and milestones, resource skills requirements, and budgeting for UAT completion.
