Plant Details :- Presently I am serving as an Assistant Electrical Engineer(Shift In-charge)” in 30 MW Coal & Biomass Based Co-generation Power Plant, having Travelling Grate Boiler with the capacity of 150 TPH, 110 Kg/ cm Working Pressure & Temp. 535 C.Turbine 30MW- Siemens make (Extraction cum condensing type) & Distillery of 60KLPD Capacity with 1.8 MW, 55 Kg/cm,24 TPH, Thermodyne make Asia s first spent wash boiler and Sugar plant of 6000 TCD with full automation on DCS.

Key Role

O & M (Electrical) of 6000 TCD Sugar Plant with 1 X 30 MW & 1.8 MW Co-Generation Power Plants.

Synchronization of 30MW TG set with Grid of MSETCL at 11kV & 1.8 MW TG set with 30MW power plant at 415 V.

Erection, Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance of P.C.C., M.C.C., and V.F.D. panels, 11 KV HT (VCB) panels.

Operation & Maintenance of LT motors, HT motors & 30 MW Alternator.

Operation & maintenance of 11/132 KV, 40 MVA Generating Transformer & 11/0.440 kV, 4 MVA converter Transformers.

Having Knowledge in maintenance & trouble shooting of AC & DC drives, HT & LT motors and its control centre, electrical switchgears. Conversant with LT & HT cabling, DOL, Star/Delta power and control wiring.

Complete servicing & overhauling of ABB make ACS-800,850,550 & DCS-800 VFD Drives.

Complete overhauling of 11 KV, 1100 KW x 2 kirloskar Make HT motors.

Operation & Maintenance of Generator Protection Relay and Metering Panel,11/132 KV Transformer control panel, RTCC Panel, Synchronizing, AVR, LAVT, NGR, PLCC, Switchyard relay and metering panel.

Operation & Maintenance of 95KV DC output Rectiformers and their Control panels.

O & M of 132 KV SF6 breakers, Isolators, CT & PTs in switchyard.

Operation & Maintenance of 2 X 1010 KVA, 320 KVA Cummins make D.G. sets.

Complete knowledge of electrical material purchase process, work order process.

Complete processing of Renewable Energy certification work at MSEDCL, MEDA State Agency, SLDC, and NLDC & Power exchange level for providing Non-Solar REC to the Co-generation plant.

Complete processing of refund of cost of 132 KV transmission line power evacuation arrangements from MSETCL & MEDA, Pune.

Complete processing of official & documentation work related to MSEDCL, MSETCL, SLDC, and MEDA Pune & Electrical inspector office.

Erection & commissioning of 11KV HT metering cubicle for ABT metering system for REC purpose. Complete processing of ABT meter testing work at MSEDCL level.
