• Assist in the implementation and management of SolarWinds Orion NMS, NPM, NCM, VNQM and Web Help Desk for monitoring secure private MPLS WAN for sites across BT (British Telecommunications) Federal Network.

• Establish, configure, test, monitor, and troubleshoot connectivity to customer locations. Identify network or system events, and provide support including troubleshooting, problem analysis, and event isolation.

Provisioned, installed, augmented and disconnected CCS7 linksets and STP pairs in Tekelec STP via TIRKS documentation.
