Installation of 24KV Switch gear their alignments adjustment, and Earth connected, Bus Bar, CT, PT installation, internal wiring testing and commissioning with SIEMENS VENDOR.
Installation of 10Mva Transformer, Bus Duct, PMCC,APFC,ACB,VCB panels, Soft Stator internal wiring alignment Testing and pre commissioning with ABB VENDOR
Installation of Cable Tray, Cable laying, LV Motors, SWS, LCS, Actuators, VFD, Lighting Arrestor, Earth Dispatcher, as per Drawings
Solid knowledge of jointing and Termination of LV MV cables.
Installation, testing and commissioning of 360 ton chilled plant.
Installation, testing and maintenance of AHU, FCU, Exhaust fan & refrigeration system.
Preventive and Corrective maintenance, trouble shooting lighting, Magnetic Contactors, relays and HRC fuses Breakers MCB,MCCB,ACB protection of Motors, Actuators, VFD and Soft Stators.
Proper earthling of equipments on international standard and proper testing and check continuity testing procedures.

Using Electrical Instruments of AVO meter, Megger 552, Relay tester 750, fluke digital grounding, resistance tester, tong tester, earth resistance tester, cable fault locator (seba-KMT) cable tracer etc.

Involved in Pre-Commissioning activities.
Sending feed backs to the line managers for maintaining the project schedule on time. Having a working knowledge in g Oil & Gas, Power and FMCG field with all kind of Maintenance and erection inspection techniques for various applicable standards.
Fabrication of tray structural supports, monitoring construction and maintenance activities and Schedule, weekly & monthly progress report, co-ordination with other discipline and supervising Field Erection.
Performing construction and Maintenance activities.
Clearing the punch list items, construction activities and site modifications advices from client & Quality Control department as well.
Co-ordination with the Clint.
Maintain daily progress Reports, schedule records and report the status performed to the Construction Manager.
Participating and preparing of Task Risk Assessment for the given job to categorize and measure the precaution for the task to carryout job safely and without LTI.
