Major projects are, in the order of completion

Three houses, two in Atlanta, Georgia 680 and 720 West Paces Ferry Road both sold for 3.2 million each. Both of these Atlanta houses were products of my redevelopment capability. This means all blueprints and management were my responsibility. The third in Laughlintown, Pennsylvania market value is currently 2.2 million. In Laughlintown I simply assisted in its framing.

Two large apartment complexes in Atlanta, Georgia. One has 76 units in 8 buildings which resold for 16 million and the other 1.2 million after being renovated. Both of which I redesigned. Again all blueprints and management were my responsibility. There were also homes, metal buildings, and strip malls to design and manage. Have created over 500 designs for commercial and residential use.

Pemberton Resorts on Cowpet Bay in St. Thomas, Virgin Island. This was a six building resort with each building containing 30 units a 113-million-dollar project. Here I was the Project Manager, Superintendent and Construction Manager having to also create and maintain the layout of each structure. This project was a joint venture between E. L. Thompson and Son of Atlanta, Georgia and Drywall Systems of Trinidad an Ian Ross Hope company.

As a Project Manager I handled six projects at most times all being commercial such as hospitals, office buildings, church buildings, strip malls and hotels. Twin high rises on Ashford Dunwoody road, 60 stories. One residential high rise 20 stories on Lenox road and several Marriott Courtyards all in Atlanta Georgia. EDUCATION
