Solutions Consultant and Account Executive for TDS Telecom for our Managed VoIP Broadsoft Platform in Eagan, MN as a Solutions consultant. This position requires self paced management, support large sales team with hardware configurations, proposals, I gave all presentations and Demonstrations for the entire sales team for our VoIP, Call Accounting, and Call Recording Product. As the Account Executive this was TDS optional Nortel Hardware solution that also offered Call Recording features when VoIP was not a solution for our customers. Nortel Certifications on Programming and Sales. This position consists of Project Management, sales/technical support, configuring all Keys Systems (BCM, MICS, CICS, Call Pilot Call Recording Voice Mail) then give all presentations, demonstrations along with Technical support to customers, technicians, and give all training to end users of the product, TDS also offered Mitel equipment however it was rarely an option. The VoIP Broadsoft platform was utilized 90% of the time then Nortel as a second option.
