Project Module- Email Queue Processor A windows service developed using C# as a programming language on Visual Studio 2010 and SQL Server Management Studio 2008. The processor involved fetching of mail delivery requests from a queue and Sending/Archiving mails ensuring enterprise class email delivery using SMTP.
Analyzed the business requirements and developed an improved and efficient version of the processor.
Applied concepts of multithreading and exception handling in C#’s object oriented programming environment.
Work responsibilities also included front end application development, database designing, SQL stored procedure implementation and report generation with SSRS.
Developed web forms using ASP.NET with C#.
Problem solved and effectively fixed defects by debugging on the web portal of STAR Content Live - Digital Asset Management project.
