Responsible for Production, Maintenance, and Automation Engineering in a high volume manufacturing campus with annual production over 516MW Module, 422MW Cell, and 81 Crystal Growers. Annual revenue over $500 million and direct responsibility for over 600 employees.

Responsible for construction and ramp of new 150MW highly automated module production plant.

Implemented TPM program in two module plants increasing operator participation and reducing downtime by 11%.

Implemented Lean Six Sigma for North American operations including training of 95 Yellow Belt, 30 Green Belt, and 5 Black Belt. Increased productivity and reduced operators by 14% in cell and 20% in module. Developed strategic plans to reduce additional 34% with minimal capex.
