Project Description:
The Fresh Deli Ordering experience will provide the customer the ability to order deli bulk meat, bulk cheese, and made to order sandwiches from the convenience of their own device (mobile phone, tablet or PC) or from an in-store device.
Responsibilities:
Involved in understanding the technical feasibility of new Web Store.
Designed the solution for Web Store to incorporate customer’s requirement which includes customizing the screen, creating new screens wherever it is required.

Project Description:
DGM aspires to offer a service bundle of multi-site fulfilment and distribution for small & medium online merchants. The goal is to provide a turnkey logistics solution via a network of fulfilment warehouses in / next to DGM’s facilities. DGM will utilise Sterling OMS and WMS Manhattan to enable quick and cost effective integration of new customers through a pre-defined work flow along with plug and play of upstream marketplace/sales channels and e-commerce platforms examples of these marketplaces are Amazon and EBay. Sterling OMS will be enabled to administer the consolidation of orders created by all the various upstream marketplaces and communicate these Orders to Exel WMS fulfilment.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing Proof of concepts (PoCs), detail design, build, deployment and unit testing.
Solution design and developed IBM Sterling Web Call Center extensions which includes both out of the box screen extension and new screen creation.

The existing Debenhams’ existing Yantra 8.0 order management system has served the business well over the years. However, it has been heavily customized and has become less stable and performance has deteriorated as functionality has been introduced on a reactive piecemeal basis. So this project is all about implementing Sterling 9.3 from the scratch.
Responsibilities:
●Responsible for performing Proof of concepts (PoCs), detail design, build, deployment and unit testing.
●Designed and developed IBM Sterling Sourcing, pipelines order fulfilment and promising server concept which include Yantra 8.0 making a real time call to Sterling 9.3 to get the availability picture and publishing supply and demand picture.

However to enhance future online business growth and fulfill its multichannel ambitions, M&S decided to build and manage its own platform and transition off to a new electronic Ordering Management System (OMS). By commissioning its first wholly-owned multichannel foundation platform and OMS, M&S aims to gain flexibility so that it can better tailor its online offer to its customers’ needs, both in the UK and overseas.
