BRIDGE TO LEARNING CHILD CARE CENTER Convent Station, NJ

Assistant Teacher April 1986-June1990

Assistant teacher with my own class of three yr old children.

We used the teaching concept of one letter per week and based our age appropriate lessons on that letter.

As well as teaching basic colors and numbers in my age group, how to spell their names and get along with their peers.

They would have play time with their class and other classes a bit younger and older to learn to get along with peers of different ages.

Ate lunch as a class and took a two hour nap which gave the teachers time to prep activities and lesson plans.

I truly enjoyed that job and love children.
