Took on an underperforming group and increased efficiency while raising the successfully patched servers to near 100% from the previous 70% success rate.

Accepted role as Citrix administrator for a new corporate location. Administered a 50-node Citrix Metaframe 3.0 farm with more than 80 applications, 200 printers and 700 concurrent users. Supported load balanced Nfuse servers with RSA integration. Managed releases of all front-end applications to Citrix farm.
Administered co-location of Citrix farm and AD domain with backend servers.
Acted as single point of contact for administration and support of 300 servers in the Atlanta area.
Developed an asset control database using Access 2000, integrated with a barcode system.
Systems Support Engineer (1999 – 2003)
Held position of Lead Desktop Support Technician for a site with 150 employees. Developed standard desktop images for deployment using GHOST utility. Implemented server software upgrades and patches; provided level 2 desktop support and supervised level 1 support personnel.
