As a Manager at Toyota Indus Motors I motivated my subordinates, setting priority with an objective to keep supporting the existing BPCS Financial and Distribution modules on AS/400 as well as to implement the new SAP system in accordance with the deadlines. I had a team of 20 professionals (for implementation, hardware/network support and development) and we successfully and timely implemented mySAP.com. The implementation involved reviewing project deliverables submitted by the implementation vendor, blueprint of development, with major involvement in Finance and also analysis & review of the data elements required for SAP consultants that were extracted from BPCS and imported into SAP. During my term we successfully transitioned our BPCS-ERP to SAP.
