1) Client – WCG clinical:- Working as a Test delivery lead for the project Connexus. Responsible for reviewing test scenarios and test cases. Create test runs in the Test Track tool and assign it to respective testers. Run the daily defect triage calls. Generate QA metrics and present it to the senior management. Create test strategy and test plans for every release. Work with Business analysts, developers for the gaps identified in functional requirement and make suggestions as necessary.
2) Client:- Hilton World Wide:- Worked as QA Functional Lead for the Disaster Recovery (DR) program for Hilton Hotels Worldwide in an onsite-offshore model. The DR exercise is conducted every 3 months to ensure all the critical applications/servers/databases and backups are brought back immediately and running in case of a sudden shutdown or loss of Hilton online systems. I was responsible for test planning and execution of the components to be tested for each DR exercise. Designed and created an Automation dashboard using Selenium to show the real time server status. Created test execution metrics, defect reports, Project plans, RACI matrix to share with the stake holders, senior management and maintain them in the Share point and HP quality center.
2) Client:-Washington DC (State Project): - QA Lead and acting scrum master for a state client. Responsibilities include Onsite offshore co-ordination, handling Functional, Automation and performance testing groups in a distributed environment. UAT co-ordination and support to the client, maintaining the SIT and UAT Plan/Strategies. Hosting the daily defect triage calls, stand up calls, pre-planning meetings, Backlog grooming sessions, and send executive summary to key stake holders and senior management.

Project : Brazil-US conversion- OIF to SAD
Client : Wal-Mart (May 2014 to Oct 2014)
Wal-Mart Brazil acquired Bompreҫo Stores (Northeast Region) and through the acquisition a legacy system (SAD) that contains all of Bompreҫo’s Item File information. This system is currently used for Item Creation and Maintenance. The purpose of this project is to provide a solution for integrating North East Data to Wal-Mart’s Online Item File that would make it possible to enter data directly to the Online Item File (OIF) for the North East (NE).This project provides an Extract Transform Load (ETL) solution that will automate the Initial load process by extracting only the needed information from SAD and applying required business rules to comply with OIF standards. In addition to it, a sync process will be in place to keep the Legacy System and OIF up-to-date with any NE new item or item modification. Myself as a Module lead for Sync QA, handled a team of 28 spread across Brazil, India and Arkansas – USA under Agile methodology for the entire transformation. Was responsible for creating day to day work estimates, attending and directing the daily stand up call, worked with global stake holders for getting the requirements and other artifacts converted from Portuguese to English. Provided all release management metrics.

QA Delivery Manager and POC for the SIT team for the continuous integration application ‘Consumer Experience Desktop’ (CED) involving Softphone testing, IVR testing, Claims Overpayment Recovery with 10 different interfaces followed in Rational Lean methodology–Responsible for day to day tracking of the testing efforts of Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) projects executed from near shore and offshore (7 locations) with team strength of 40+. Creating daily defect metrics and dashboards using Rational Clear Quest and Rational Quality Manager, host the Defect Triage call on the same which involves 15 different departments of SIT and UAT with an audience of 100 +. Responsible for tracking testing progress, controlling fixed bid costs, creating SOW’s, Risk Based Testing (RBT) approaches and strategies. Part of ‘Go-No Go decision’ team for providing testing approvals and signoffs. Tracking ‘Performance Index Factor’ of TCoE and elevate performance where necessary.
