Build and configuring Windows Servers 2008 r2 and 2012 to include: patches, fixes, monitoring for performance, software updates to ready for installation of CMOD version and Db2/SQL.

Install and configure IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) systems for clients in the US and Canada. Primarily within a Windows environment with some AIX, zLinux and Linux environments as well.

Install and configure Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) to store items based on customer’s desired retention periods.

Install Db2 and configure to function with CMOD and TSM.

Upgrading of CMOD, DB2, TSM from platforms that are no longer supported ensuring the customer is using the latest versions for compliance.

Define Applications/Application Groups/Folders/Report Distribution options as well as the reports being stored in a variety of different formats.

Involved with migration of existing data from old to new platform consisting of millions of stored items and multiple terabytes of data.
