-Used Symantec Ghost and lately Acronis to create desktop, laptop images and then deploy them.
-Contacted vendors for warranty and support on hardware and software issues.
-Installed local printers, setting them for shared use as well as network printers assigning them ip addresses from the specified printer range and then installing for each user in the group.
-Utilized the Unicenter ticketing system to generate, assign, enter resolution information for work requests.
-Maintained grant items inventory control in Wasp software.
-Performed file restores from tape backups as well as stored internally for short time.
