I hold a Bachelor of Science in Applied Management and I’m a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. I specialize in Lean Manufacturing, quality assurance, business analysis, continuous improvement and organizational development.

I have expertise in Kanban, Value Stream Mapping and the implementation of a variety of other Lean Manufacturing methodologies. I have 10 years of experience using and implementing continuous improvement and Lean methodologies. My first Lean Manufacturing project generated $1.6 million in annual savings at McDonnell Douglas Helicopters.
