I hold a Bachelor of Science in Applied Management and I’m a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. I specialize in Lean Manufacturing, quality assurance, business analysis, continuous improvement and organizational development.

To date I have lead over 20 Kaizen events and trained both line level personnel and managers in Lean Manufacturing principles. I have expertise in Kanban, Value Stream Mapping and the implementation of a variety of other Lean Manufacturing methodologies. I have experience in leading cross functional teams in setting and surpassing goals and I excel at motivating my fellow employees.

I have 10 years of experience using and implementing continuous improvement and Lean methodologies. My first Lean Manufacturing project generated $1.6 million in annual savings at McDonnell Douglas Helicopters. I have designed and built illustrated work instructions, blue prints and automated machinery using Solid Works CAD software. I can also speak, write, and comprehend Spanish at a basic level.
