Content Director at Search Control May 1st 2015 – July 14th 2016

Originally hired as a content writer, became the content director in six months for this small, nimble start-up based in Scottsdale, Arizona. They specialize in SEO, web design and content marketing. I created content strategies for dozens of small to medium sized businesses and carried out those strategies through the management of social media profiles, original blog content and video creation.

Customer Support Specialist at Yamaha Corporation of America December 2014 – February 2015

After completing a paid internship with Yamaha, I sought temporary work in their Customer Support department. I was on frontline support for their Pro Audio and Combo Division. Duties included: fielding calls and creating cases for backline techs through SalesForce.. I personally interacted with hundreds of cases, getting some very solid product knowledge and additional experience in customer service.

Customer Experience Group Intern September 2014- December 2014

In this paid internship at Yamaha Corporation of America, I directed, edited and handled the production of short branded videos and managed the creation of their Youtube channel. I created videos that have organically amassed over a hundred thousand views to far without at social media promotion. I also helped develop marketing strategies for the Yamaha Musical Products Division.

Promotions & Programming Assistant at Great Circle Radio January 2011- May 2013

What started as an internship, a role was created for me so I could become the only assistant to the four most listened to stations in Flagstaff, Arizona. I assisted and did work for all of the departments like production, programming, marketing and more, even doing an on-air show for six months during morning drive time on their country station. I also helped solder and wire an on-air console that was used for Mt. Elden’s Junior High Broadcasting program. I assisted in live broadcasts and drove the various station vans.
