Oracle and Workday Human Capital Management

Responsibilities:

Managing queue of Recruiting and Human Capital Management cases, prioritizing issues based on severity and customer impact. Also, served as the primary point of contact for HR Systems Support and Enhancement Requests acting as a liaison between the users, IT teams and third parties.
