Provides direct supervision and oversight of psychiatric nurse practioners and psychiatric physician assistants in the facility
Participates in utilization review
Assists in case conferences on difficult patients
Performs annual clinical performance evaluation for psychiatrists
Participates in rounds, team meetings, group and individual supervisions
Provides documentation and data for statistical reports
Collaborates with the unit chief on programmatic issues
