Duties & Responsibilities:

Proficiency in handling, Supervising and coordinate with of inspectors, field engineers, office engineers and project managers

Conducting Site meeting with all MEP Engineering staff's for Progress and Technical meetings

Proficiency in performing periodic audits to QA/QC program for the MEP related audits

Performing MEP field inspections and sending reports as per MEP Contractor request.

Experience in maintaining all complete MEP inspection request / reports record perfectly.

Experience in detemining remedial corrective actions and implementation to any of MEP related NCR's

Experience in preparing action to resolution of MEP issues

Having huge experience of preparing Information submittal logs, RFI's Logs and Technical documentations related complete MEP drawing and material submittal log's and O&M Manuals

Very good experience in interface with project management team with client and contractors

Monitoring and taking necessary action to ensure the project completion as per schedule and within the budget

Experience in conducting regular project review with appropriate personnel to monitor the project progress

Having well experience for examine workmanship of finished installation for standard conformity and approval

Having good experience of reviewing of builders, shop drawing, co-ordination drawing and RFC and As Built drawings submittals

Project Bid & Tendering & Planning Management:

Bidding and Tendering of project as per the client scheduled time frame.

Managing project activities involving working out various requirements with respect to utilities, machines, manpower & monitoring overall project operations for ensuring timely completion.

Ensuring that site operations are carried out smoothly in regards with supply, installation and testing & commissioning operations.

Conducting construction coordination meetings with MEP subcontractors, consultant and resolving field conflicts and problems, reviewing progress against programmes, reviewing drawings and materials against project specification.

Interacting with consultants and contractors for inspections required by DEWA, Etisalat and JAFZA, Kahramaa,(Qatar), bewa(Bahrain).

Contract & Construction Management:

Managing all construction activities including coordination with clients, consultants and architects for providing technical inputs & coordinating with the site management activities.

Identifying & developing alternate vendor sources for achieving cost effective purchase of equipment, accessories and materials with timely delivery so as to minimise project cost.

Overseeing the electrical and low current service installations for the entire project; reviewing construction schedules and monitoring progress associated activities.

Reviewing the design concept and operations of Electrical Systems, Fire Alarm & Voice Evacuation System, CCTV System, Telecom / Data System, SMATV / CATV System, Diesel Generator System, UPS System, Central Battery Emergency System, GSM System, Cark Parking Management System, BMS.

Erection & Commissioning Management

Anchoring and planning installation & commissioning activities of various equipments; conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of utilities; planning maintenance schedules for machines and equipment.

Planning and effectuating preventive maintenance schedules of various instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.
