Worked on Multiple projects like AT&T Troubleshoot and Resolve, AT&T DSL Activation, AT&T U-verse Activation, Centurylink Self Service Console, AT&T Customer Service Console, Windstream Activation and Centurylink Activation. Involved in writing detailed test plans and scripts. Execution of Test Scripts and regression test suite. Logging defects and Tracking them until closure.
