Profile: Erection, Fabrication,Commissioning Engineer at Thermal Power Plant.

Job Profile & Responsibilities:

Fabrication & erection of Various Structural steel like pipe racks and gallery’s, supporting structure for pump base frames and pipe support’s as per drawing.

Erection & Commissioning for various equipment’s like Pumps, Compressors, Motors etc. related to a thermal power plant.

Preparation of establish and implement the job policies and procedures for the work execution.

Checking of Equipment Layout for ASH HANDLING Plants.

Checking of Piping Isometric Drawings and Piping BOQ.

Checking of Piping & Structures GA Drawings.

Monitoring the site execution job work.

To closely monitor on-going of erection work and controlling the material using in the job work.

Preparation of Piping Support Location and Detail Structural Fabrication Drawings.

Preparation of Valves Datasheet.

Preparation of Specifications like Piping Specifications, Painting Specifications.

Maintenance of various centrifugal pumps.

Effective involvement of commissioning.

Erection of piping like MS pipe, Polyurethane coated pipe, Rubber coated pipe, SS pipe, cast iron, basalt pipe.

Knowledge of various field quality plans related to Fabrication of Structures & Installation of Equipments.

Efficient in Manpower management at site and coordinating the sub contractor’s for the work execution.

Knowledge of various types of valves.

Knowledge of Client & Contactor Billing.

An effective involvement during commissioning of projects.

Erection, Commissioning & Maintenance of various types pumps.

Knowledge of various sandblasting procedure and painting schedule’s in Industry.

Know about REFACTORY PROCEDURE used in bottom ash hopper for ash handling system.

Ensuring the effective operation and Safe operation of installation/construction procedures.

Coordinating NDE (RT&DPT) inspections between sub-contractors and client & reviewing Radiographic films for piping works, including the qualification of operator & preparation of all NDE reports /Documents.

Preparing all documents & protocol of job execution work and keeping the record at project completion.
