Procurement Manager, Fleet Manager

Support drilling operations of multiple rigs within the US. Manage and train seven buyers, as well as field personnel. Evaluate supplier bids for compliance to project specifications and commercial completeness. Collaborate with accounts payable to complete and reconcile invoices against purchase orders. Review requisitions and purchase orders to ensure appropriate approval and account numbers. Expedite and review all vendor documentation to ensure on-time delivery. Examine and reevaluate existing supplier and service contracts. Manage a company fleet of up to 225 units, including, but not limited to, sales, leasing, and maintenance.

Managed the testing and implementation of new purchasing software. Oversaw project purchasing for Frontier Drilling retro-fit projects. Supported drilling operations of the Frontier Driller, Phoenix, and FPSO Frontier Seillean.

Managed operational support for the Frontier Driller in the Gulf of Mexico.
