strong background of most techno-commercial functions including commissioning of new plants. Possess high level of technical knowledge resulting in reengineering and transformation of several manufacturing processes for better productivity. Consistently successful in achieving production targets and deadlines, ensuring appropriate deployment of human resources. Exposed to different types of Footwear manufacturing processes. In course of this journey has become proficient in liasing with Govt. and other regulating authorities. Conversant with basic office automation functions and tools.

Freelancing as Consultant

Consultancy services to:
M/S Chalimex Leather Craft Pvt.Ltd. Jalandhar; Punjab. An Export Oriented unit producing Leather and Leather Tool kits. Responsible for design, develop and implement a reporting system to meet the requirements of the foreign buyers. Subsequently, the unit proposed to forward integrate and diversify into Footwear manufacturing. Anyway, during my short tenure the Organization had grown by about 15% both in terms of revenue and volume.
M/S Shikhar shoes, the biggest shareholder of domestic market in Nepal (holding over 55% by volume and having an annual turn of over 15 crore NRs), responsible for designing, the total up gradation of the organization. Emphasis was on the manufacturing and control of the operations.
In course of the I Phase (3 month tenure from April to July 2010), 40 absolutely new girls were trained to effectively operate a stitching line producing 100 prs of basic uppers per 8 hr shift.
Designed, developed and successfully ran a training program for Stitching Operators for the Footwear Industry in rural Bangladesh. Successful in training 300 girls in a period of 6 months from September 2009 to February 2010.
This program was financed by Cida, a leading foreign donor agency, working towards the human resource development in that country.
Designed, developed and ran a training program for lower and mid Supervisory cadre employees – Management Simplified - a basic introductory program. This was successfully run and implemented in a Footwear manufacturing unit in Bangladesh and a Hospitality unit in India. At both places, the same was very well received.
Earlier associated with an Italian and a Korean company, provided services on techno commercial activities of their new and proposed Indian operations.
Also provided such services to M/S Kenmore Shoe Co. Pvt. Ltd. (a part of the Farida group) on business development with important British customers
