WORK EXPERIENCE
Machinist
Prospect Machine - Blytheville, AR - September 2013 to March 2016 My job as a CNC Machinist required me to come to work everyday and take the initiative to either get started on the day priors leftover work, or to get my blueprints from management and begin working on writing a program on my machine to take a block of steel and turn it into a part that our customer wants. Then I have to setup the "Part" in my machine and secure it so it would not move in the process, followed by changing out tools throughout the "cutting" process for what the part needs done. Then cleaning up any sharp edges and making the part presentable for the customer and packing up said parts and having them ready for the deadline. Sometimes a customer would order one part and that would be all they needed or even 1000 depends on them, but at the end of the day I would clean my area and machine, and make sure all my paperwork for the day was done.
Delivery Driver
Gators Pizza - Portageville, MO - November 2009 to September 2013 My job involved many things including help make pizza boxes, turn on ovens so they had time to warm up, cut vegetables, take out trash, take customer orders via phone calls, occasionally helping make pizzas, wings, etc.; then delivering the food to customers and give them correct change when needed. This was a part time job only on thursday, friday, and saturday nights from 5-10 pm. Sales Associate

July 2007 to July 2014
Scouting’s programs and outdoor adventures give young people the opportunity and freedom to explore a world beyond the boundaries of everyday life. It presents them with chances to try new things, provide service to others, build self-confidence and develop leadership skills. These experiences not only help Scouts while they are young, but also stay with them throughout their adult lives, growing into exceptional men and women that respect their family, community, religion, country and themselves. www.scouting.org Order of the Arrow
July 2009 to July 2014
The Order of the Arrow is essentially a honor society for the Boy Scouts of America, it is not something everyone can be involved in, you have to be voted in by your peers and go through certain trials to be initiated in, I will list some requirements below:
Be a registered member of the Boy Scouts of America. The youth must have experienced 15 nights of Boy Scout camping while registered with a troop or team within the two years immediately prior to the election. The 15 nights must include one, but no more than one, long-term camp consisting of at least five consecutive nights of overnight camping, approved and under the auspices and standards of the Boy Scouts of America. Only five nights of the long-term camp may be credited toward the 15-night camping requirement. The balance of the camping (10 nights) must be overnight, weekend, or other short-term camps of, at most, three nights each. The induction ceremony, called the Ordeal, is the first step toward full membership in the Order. During the experience, candidates maintain silence, receive small amounts of food, work on camp improvement projects, and sleep apart from other campers. The entire experience is designed to teach significant values. All candidates for membership must complete the Ordeal. I also earned my right to be apart of the guys that received my Brotherhood in this prestigious group; After 10 months of service as an Ordeal member and fulfilling certain requirements, a member may take part in the Brotherhood ceremony, which places further emphasis on the ideals of Scouting and the Order. Completion of this ceremony signifies full membership in the Order.
