Work Experience
Currently working as Process and Production Engineer at ROBERTSHAW CONTROLS PVT LTD. From 28th October 2014 . In 1899, inspired by necessity, Frederick W. Robertshaw invented the thermostat. Then he founded a manufacturing company to make it. A century later, and still inspired by our founder, Robertshaw has been awarded more than 2,000 patented inventions. Naturally, a few things have changed since the first thermostat. But the inspiration to develop new inventions hasn’t. The father of our company inspired us to become a global leader in the appliance controls industry. Our ability to custom design innovative electronic and electromechanical controls to meet customers’ needs is without equal. We are a global design, engineering and manufacturing company that sells product solutions into the white goods industry and leverages this portfolio and technology into adjacent markets and after sales channels.
Robertshaw manufactures more than 10,000 sophisticated controls for commercial and home appliances. Primary applications include controls for clothes washers and dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, electric and gas cooking, ice makers, fluid dispensing, storage water heaters, gas valves for space/central heating, and automotive/off road temperature and fluid controls.
Roles and Responsibilities
Daily and Monthly Production planning & achieving targets by effective utilization of manpower.
Plan & see that raw material required in the shift is made available.
Daily production & Back log inform to Production Head
Co-ordination between depts. For assembly plans/change & updates
Daily Work Monitoring in terms of customer requirement, Material availability & unplanned absenteeism
Conducting daily shift start up meeting at the start of shift.
Daily monitoring Rework, Rejection & line through back products / Child parts.
Preparation of startup check sheet, set up approval sheets & SOPs.
Kaizens : Co-coordinator of all Kaizen circle in shop implemented a number of Kaizens in the area of productivity improvement.
Overall Responsibility of respective Line functions.
Prepare skill matrix for Operators / workers
Do the Corrective Measure for process sustaining
Implement the Corrective/Preventive actions, Kaizen, Poka-yoke for achieving zero defect in coordination with Maintenance dept
Maintaining the ISO Systems & TPM activities. Departmental documentation part and make the presentations on improvements
To achieve departmental production targets
To monitor the rework and rejection & initiate corrective actions for continual improvement
To assist H.O.D. for the presentation of MRM as per the agenda.. To handle all the responsibilities related to production handling complete shift production.
Line designing, line balancing in Tack time.
Development of fixtures for assembly line.
Preparing reports related to production i.e. production report, rejection report,OEE sheet, scrap report
Taking training of operator related to 5's,Kaizen,TPM, product information, new product information, process information, tack time training.

Worked on project: “Password based door locked system using microcontroller”- TE MINI PROJECT.
Description: The purpose of this project was to design an electronic lock or digital lock is a device which has an electronic control assembly attached to it. They are provided with an access control system. This system allows the user to unlock the device with a password. The password is entered by making use of a keypad. The user can also set his password to ensure better protection. The major components include a keypad, LCD and the controller AT89C51 which belongs to the 8051 series of microcontrollers.

Worked on project: “Patient Data Viewer: An Android Application”-BE MAIN PROJECT.
Description: The Patient Data Viewer will help the doctor to view the up-to-date information of the patients’ vital health parameters like heart rate, temperature, saline level etc through android open system platform remotely and respond accordingly. The doctor receives a notification on android mobile whenever a patient is in danger, i.e. whenever anyone of the vital parameters of the patient goes beyond a critical limit. All the information is collected and sent to the doctor’s android device from the hospital server. This project comprises of data acquisition and data transfer using a Bluetooth module. In this project we will be using Heart beat sensor, temperature sensor, saline level sensor, epileptic attack sensor, Keyboard, LCD, AVR ATMEGA32L Micro-controller, buzzer, Bluetooth module.
Achievements and Extra Curricular Activities:

2. First prize in “District level Classical Group singing” .
3. Participated in Robot-Race held at Pune.
4. Organized Workshop on Robotics work-shop.
