2. Implements the Code of Conduct as well as company policies, rules and regulations.
3. Regularly coordinates with security team for the company’s security concerns.
1. Responsible for the maintenance, update, and safekeeping of employee records.
a. Ensures that all employees have updated 201 files which shall contain details of the employee’s whole history with the company and that all 201 files remain confidential.
b. Ensures implementation and accomplishment of employee performance appraisals.
c. Ensures employee updates are recorded in the 201 files immediately.
d. Ensures HR records such as but not limited to organizational charts, and job descriptions are updated and maintained for reference purposes.
2. Implements the Code of Conducts as well as company policies, rules, and regulations.
a. Ensures proper handling and documentation of employee violations and corresponding disciplinary actions.
b. Ensures proper dissemination or communication and documentation of any updates on the company’s Code of Conduct, policies, rules, or regulations.
