1.Worked as a Manage service Transmission Engineers Team Leader ZTE CORPORATION MAURITANIA OFFICE. I was in charge of all Transmission related field activities and Transmission NOC activities. Possesses thorough knowledge of Installation, Commissioning, and Operations & Maintenance of NEC SDH/PDH Microwave Equipment. I have a sound knowledge in Transmission Network Planning and Site Surveys .

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

ZTE Mauritania Office

Manage service Transmission Team Leader & Transmission NOC Back Office Engineer (2009 Jan 2012 Dec)

Main Duties are,

Managing NOC transmission operations and support field team of more than 15 technical staffs.

Handling hazardous issues in the network

Transmission Back office support

Monitor the New NMS modifications and plan and maintain the NMS for the whole network.

Plan Cut Overs and implement smoothly.

Monitor NMS report, TX alarm report, RX Level Report, PNMT alarm reports & take necessary actions accordingly.

Handling the Field operation activities of BSS, power systems, Transmission systems, etc.

Maintain the Network availability KPI of Chinguitel (99.95%) within defined SLA.

Interface with the Customer for Field operation related activities.

Preparing field operation reports for Monthly Operational Review Meeting with the customer (Chinguitel).

Preparing MIR (Major Incident Report) for Customer (Chinguitel), when the major failure of the Network.

Transmission Implementation Engineer Chinguitel, Mauritania. ( 2007 feb 2008 Dec ) @ TE

Main Duties are,

Strong hands on experience on installing PDH and SDH MW hops and commissioning sites (Installed minimum of 120 MW hops and commissioned more than 100 sites)

Have a strong knowledge of NEC Microwave Pasolink and ZTE

Equipments ;Huawei RTN Microwave

Quality checking in the sites and conducting PAT(Pre Acceptance Test) Software configuring to upload data services to the installed/existing networks

Conducted training sessions for the outsourced teams (subcontractors)

Train new employees of ZTE on the procedures for the installation and commissioning of NEC transmission equipments

Developing project plans and presenting weekly reports to the team and project managers

Installed more than 100 Microwave links and installed more than 100 BTS and commissioned.

Managed 10 15 teams at the time of installation under me.
