Execute the production plant as per shift operations to achieve consistent product quality, quantity and yield.

Supervise batch charging and verification of RM Quantities and responsible for maintaining Batch Production records.

Monitor day to day pilot/plant activity and to ensuring to availability of resources i.e. man power and equipment.

Monitor and maintain all parameters as per SOPs and ensure strict compliance with GMP and safety norms.

Taking adequate measures to reduce losses.

Having good knowledge in process development of bulk drug intermediate and chemicals by infringing route & Communication with production department

and other relevant dept.

Having capability to submit the fully detailed project report including material balance, and cost calculation during Lab scale to Pilot plant.

To resolve the trouble shooting in-process plant batches & Flexible to work for any shift time.

Knowledge of computer (i.e SAP-Production related activities), including operating system, patent related work and Internet browsing.

Self-motivated, result oriented, co-operative, creative and excellent time management.

ACADEMIC PROFILE:-

M.sc. in organic Chemistry from mk University with Second class in dec-2014.

B.sc with chemistry from Gujarat University with Second Class in Apr-2012.

H.S.C. with Science from GSEB with Second Class in March -2009.

AREA OF WORK:

I have worked on API like Modafinil, Aza erithomicine A, lidocaine Hcl, Pregabalin, lidocaine base, P-dfmb, SSG, CCS, P.m.cit, calcium citrate, and Pottisum citrate etc.

I have worked on GlR, SSR, C.F, ANFD, SFD, RVD, TD, RB, NFD, FBD, MM, SF, PR, GL, etc.

May-2012 to JUN-2013: Working as production chemist in ENCORE NATURAL POLYMER PVT. LTD, NARODA .
