I am responsible for six (6) Production Lines with 115 Employees. Our company manufactures cross car beams for Ford, General Motors, Chrysler, Nissan, and Honda. I am responsible for ensuring Safety, Quality and Production needs. Ensuring Production numbers are met; responsible for work instructions which are detailed instructions for each machine line operation; responsible to ensure the Quality Inspections are completed on the correct intervals.
