Sr. Messaging Engineer / Exchange Messaging Architect (PHH Corporation)

Provided expert recommendations for improvements in messaging architecture, server support and infrastructure stability to PHH. Delivered subject matter expertise to the IBM Exchange Offshore team regarding Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Cloud platform services in addition to adding Level 3 / 4 support to the environment. Collaborated with multi-disciplined teams to identify and define system performance requirements and ensure compatibility with legacy and future systems and software lifecycles.

Successfully turned around a high risk by executing the architecting, designing, solutioning, implementing and the migrating of a 2000 mailbox Exchange migration project from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010.

Solutioned and assisted 3rd party vendor in a Exchange cloud migration project from Exchange 2007 to O365 as part of a company split off initiative.

Led the design, implementation and documentation phase of the server farm for the data center move of PHH’s Jacksonville office relocation project.
