1. Business Start-up:

2012 it had grown into a major local vegetable supplier with Annual

a. Managed the operations of Sight For Africa-Ghana ( April 2006-

b. My task was to implement the Business Plan of growing the
business (Eye Services) from a local community facility to a
regional facility(that is, operations to cover the Greater - Accra
region) over a 4-year period.
c. By December 20o8, the business had grown to cover four regions
(Greater- Accra, Eastern, Ashanti, and Western),an Eye Surgery
Facility built, and Annual Sales of $10 million from $20,000 in 2006.
3. Staff Development and Retention Program:
Initiated a Staff Development/Retention Program which resulted
in a 95% retention by December 2008, from a staff turnover of
60% in 2006.
