Successful accreditation of CAP in 2014.
Design and development of an Infectious Disease unit to respond to potential Ebola patients from the Dallas area.
Design and implementation of renovations and laboratory consolidations from two hospital campuses to a single full-service laboratory.

Evaluation and implementation of Laboratory Information Systems from design, to build to training and go-live of new installation.
Design and implementation of new laboratory services through generation of Performa, purchase and implementation of new equipment, policy and procedure development, recruitment and training of staff and accreditation of the laboratory by JCAHO
Successful accreditation of laboratory by both College of American Pathologist and The Joint Commission.

Management of Respiratory Therapy with 1 direct reporting Manager and 20 FTEs providing the Budgeting, Capital Equipment, Recruiting and accreditation activities for the department.
