Created and lead a protocol for an ELISA test identifying antigen specificity of IgG in colostrum.

Techniques in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology

Became efficient in western blotting/ELISA, ligation and transformation of desired PCR products, Bradford and Lowry assays, and enzyme kinetic techniques.

Advanced Microbiology Lab

Used advanced biochemical testing for unknown bacterial identification.

Grew Vero cells and infected them with HSV1 to see cytopathic effects.
