Duties

• Design, implement, maintain and improve electrical instruments, equipment, component,

products and system for industrial, commercial and domestic purposes. • Dealing with any technical issue that may arise.

• Carrying out servicing & pre-planned maintenance electrical works.

• Supervising and undertaking electrical works within an industrial environment. • Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment.

• Conducting site surveys, audits and inspections.

• Responsible for the maintenance of electrical equipment like VCB, ACB, Transformer

(oil immersed), DG sets (1500, 2*500 KVA), UPS(5*15 KVA), DC and AC motors up to 180 kw, capacitor bank,VFD'S & PLC, Air compressors, chillers(-35,-20,+5), cooling towers, Boiler(both Gas & FO fired), peeler centrifuge, RVD, ANFD and blenders.

• Preparation of Electrical Load list and load data analysis. • Preparation of SINGLE LINE DIAGRAMS (SLD)

• Preparations of various study documents like Cable sizing (HT and LT), Cable Schedule, earthing calculation.

• Equipment Sizing for Transformer, DG, Capacitor Bank, Battery and UPS • Preparation of various layouts like Lighting/Cable Routing/Grounding

• Bid evaluation and analysis of vendor offers, specifications and data sheets for electrical equipment

• Organising work schedule and maintaining workers timesheets, and supervising the

work of junior and newly qualified personnel.
