Managed offshore decommissioning and installation of BP Atlantis jumpers from offshore vessels as well as flushing dead legs and conducting seal tests.

Assisted with management of the Hess Ceiba Project and internal carousel fabrication.

AMEC Paragon – 2001 to 2011

Project Interface Manager

Implemented the subcontractor interface management plan on ExxonMobil’s 700,000 + man-hour Kizomba Brownfield FPSO Project and streamlined the communication process between subcontractors resulting in increased project efficiency and successful project delivery.

Successfully coordinated scopes of work, work-flow processes, technical interfaces, queries, and personnel loading between Houston and Luanda, Angola, related to brownfield topsides modifications. Work included meeting local content, financial, and procurement related requirements for the Paragon Angola office.

Executed and designed multiple BP onshore and offshore projects valued to $50 million successfully achieving engineering, procurement, and schedule within approved budget.

Managed contractual obligations and engineering deliverables for BP’s offshore Mardi Gras

Marine Pipeline Engineering

Nominated and advanced by AMEC Paragon as joint venture technical liaison in Paris, France, expanding international technical abilities of both in operation and technology.

Directed analysis of material specifications and project requisitions for the ExxonMobil Erha Subsea Tie-Back Project (West Africa) ensuring design and safety requirements were met.

Member of multinational team with Shell engineers and managers verifying pipeline, flowline, and riser designs for the Bonga Field using compliance platform Det Norske Veritas (DNV).

Senior Pipeline Engineer

Designed offshore oil, gas, and water pipelines, pigging facilities and manifolds, and interfaced with engineering disciplines to ensure continuity of design. Conducted span avoidance and mitigation study for deepwater Gulf of Mexico.

Analyzed the economics of laying 8,000 km of onshore and offshore pipeline in China.
