Organizational owner and leader of the FY16 “Tier 1 elimination” program culminating in Incident Management transition to DevOps, widespread adoption of centralized tools, and organizational level paradigm shift.

Planned and executed Incident Management Volume reduction program driving 571K yearly run rate to zero over 5 years and enabling broad DevOps support transition. Program recognized with VP Award for teamwork & collaboration 2014.

Owned and drove organizational program to work upstream with developers to design, build, and successfully launch new online services.
