ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY:-

To complete production plan by scheduling and assigning manpower.

To handle production process, planning, Tooling specially from conventional and CNC machine.

Co-ordinate with manage planning and to understand plan and execute on day to day basis with daily review with core team.

Monitor all machines operating procedure in respective shift.

Prepare shift production report.

Prepare setting approval report for CNC machine.

Data collection and analysis as per the need.

Knowledge of procedure like chamfering, rounding, CNC, grinding, shaping, taping.

Responsible for effectiveness of processes (cycle time, tact time, productivity, non-added value of production}.

To take meeting of operator.

Optimized material utilization.

Responsible for 5s in the operation area.

Procurement & follow up for the outsourced fixture, jigs, gauges etc.

Industrial Training:-

Two Months Training from AUTOMEX PVT LIMITED

Six Months Training from PNC INFRETECH PVT LIMITED

Technical skill:-Auto-cad, CNC programming
