Developed System

Accounting Lending System (ALS) [Oct. 2014] – Small system written in Vb.net with Ms Access for database. The system handles personal information of specific barrower. The system is used for money lending, system is capable for auto-compute of interest based on the parameters set by the user, it has also the capability to count if how many days, months, or years that the account has overdue and apply the corresponding interest based on different parameters for overdue, monthly, and daily interest.

Student Attendance Monitoring System (SAMS) for RSU [Dec. 2015] – Biometrics system that monitor students’ attendance. System automatically sends Text Message to inform the parent for the arrival and departure time of the student. The system is also equipped with electronic bulletin board to display announcements, having an electronic bulletin board is more attractive to the students than conventional board. The student is more curious to see what’s on the screen. Electronic bulletin board displays real-time announcement even video and PowerPoint presentation, it can also remotely shutdown if there is no announcement. The system was written in Vb.net and Ms Sql Server Express for Database, the system uses Digital Persona U.ARE.U. 4500 that supports Software Development Kit (SDK) for fingerprint scanner and embedded Data Link Library (dll) for hardware connection.

Kasimanwa Travel & Tours 1 [Jun. 2014] and 2 [Dec. 2014] (KTAT) – First version of KTAT, all Passenger’s Detail and Fare Detail are encoded manually. KTAT1 automatically computes service fees for other booking agent based on the percentage given by the registered owner. The system can view all types of reports from Sales, Refund, and Account Receivables using date of transaction. KTAT2 was developed to minimize the encoding time of the passenger’s information, KTAT2 can capture reports from the web-based system “iNexus of 2Go Travel” in excel format and convert into passenger’s fare details using booking reference number, the system can automatically separate refund transaction from sales and breakdown other fees and taxes from the total amount depending on the parameters set by the end-user. Both KTAT1 and KTAT2 can send Text Messages to every passenger in the system that has contact number to notify them for any company promotions.

Both systems were written in Vb.Net Programming Language, the first version uses Ms Access for Database and Ms Sql Server Express for the Second version.

Information Dissemination System (IDS) [Jan. 2015] – SMS based system written in Vb.Net and Ms Sql Server Express for system Database. The system is used for any announcement using usb broadband modem to send information, announcement, and other information. (An ID is capable in extracting messages from the modem, to read and relay information)

Dental Information Management System (DIMS) in Cavite [Jun. 2015] – Dental Record system for patient written in Vb.Net and Ms Sql Server Express using Stored Procedure and Table Triggering, the system is capable for medicines and supply monitoring, appointment reminders with auto text messaging to notify patient for their scheduled appointment for that particular date. The system is preloaded with the maximum tooth counts divided into five blocks for easy clicking for diagnostic report and dental record, it can also store captured photo from the patient’s mouth and attached to the dental record form for review purposes. Patient prescription is already preloaded and customizable based on the Dentist’s Business name, and every issued prescription to the patient is automatically recorded to the system. Other System features are Billing, Patient Medical History, Dentist Billing Parameters, Text Messenger, Customizable Appointment Priority, Patient Payment Record and Balances.

Record Management System (RMS) [Aug. 2015] – RMS is a systematized electronic log book, this e-log book handles the incoming for Barangay Resolution and Important hard copy documents. The system is use for easy segregations and group them from processed, un-processed, and denied files. For every processed file, status report and remarks can be updated. The system was written in Vb.net and Sqlite Administrator for Database.

RF-AVITECH ID Database System [Sep. 2015] – Identification Card Maker System, the system is capable of handling unlimited amount of Personal data for Personal Identification Card. The system was developed to handle the needs for new IDs for the employee of the Provincial Government of Romblon. The system has already printed 99% of the overall IDs for the Provincial employees of Romblon. The system was written in Vb.Net using Sqlite Administrator for Database and Epson R290 printer for PVC printing, the R290’s PVC tray coordinate is hard coded to the system for precise template printing.

RF RNHS Biometric Login System v.2.0-04-2016 [Apr. 2016] / RF RNHS DTR System v.1.0-06-2016 [Jun. 2016] – Romblon National High School’s Electronic Login and DTR System. The system was developed to Speed up the process of arrival and departure time computation during payroll period. During fingerprint scanning the system automatically sends text message to head teacher assigned to that particular teacher to inform him/her and to monitor his/her attendance. Both systems were written in Vb.net with Ms Sql Server Express for Database using Stored Procedures, Table Triggering, Auto-Database Backup, and Sql Dependency for Real-Time Sms Messaging. The first version of the system was developed on Jul. 2014.

RF Inventory and Point of Sale v.1.2-06-2016 [Jun. 2016] / RF POS v.1.0-05-2016 [May 2016] in Cavite – Pharmacy inventory Management System, with Patient Management System and direct Ms Sql server Database Maintenance. The system is a 3in1 system for, Inventory Management, Point of Sales, and Patient Management system. The system was developed to perfectly fit with the customer according to his needs. Customizable UI for every system according to end-user, and can carry over to every client system. The system was written in Vb.net and Ms Sql Server Express for Database, the Database server is using Stored Procedures, Table Triggering, and Sql Dependency. Dependency is used for Real-Time Database Notification to update all active Client Computers currently connected to the main database to automatically shut off the application for any database maintenance.

Electronic Profiling System v.1.0-01-2016 [Jan. 2016] – Database Archiving System for Romblon State University’s Student. An Ms Sql Server based database system to archive student’s electronic activities, reports, personal files/apps, and documents. All archived data can be forwarded to specific instructor for some purpose. It has also an electronic examination where the instructor can set from 1- 999 items of questions with A-E answering choices using check boxes. A built in Word editor, Spreadsheet, and Pdf viewer is also included to the system for easy management of student’s personal documents and reports. EPS was written in Vb.Net and Sql Server Express for Database.

RF Sms Caster v.0.1-04-2016 [Apr. 2016] – Small Custom Text messenger System used During 2016 Election. Sms caster was written in Vb.Net and Sqlite Administrator for Database.

Golden Pea's Profiling System [Dec. 2015] – Vb.Net and Ms Sql Server Express for Database using Stored Procedures, Table Triggering, and Sql Dependency. A Database System for Registered book keeper. System for important documents such as Business Permit, Mayor’s Permit, DTI, Tax Clearance etc., and collection report from date to date. Expiry date for every permits, notice, and reminders. It also includes Built-in Pdf viewer, Spreadsheet, and word Editor, for fast and easy document updates.

RF Networking Tools [Aug. 2014] – Standalone system written in Vb.Net that can display Computer Name, MAC Address, and IP Address of computers connected on the same network. It also synchronizes time from computer connected to the network. It also creates Hotspot for any computers capable of wireless communication. Ms Sql Server connection Tester is also available to the System.
