JOB TITLE: ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN (12/04/2010 to present).

Activities & Responsibilities:-

Worked electrical maintenance activities inside the SADAF, PETROKEMYA, and SAFCO FERTILIZER SABIC affiliates, SAUDI CHEVRON PETROCHEMICAL and ARAMCO rastanura.

Now I am working in Hadeed Sabic. My responsibility is to maintain Rolling mill CNC machine, Wire rod straightening machine (EVG) operating by drive and plc and overhead cranes.

Activities& Responsibilities:-

Performs electrical maintenance work on Induction and synchronous motors (includes troubleshooting, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance) for all MARAFIQ Potable Desalination Plants, Chemical Treatment Plant, Water Pumping Stations and Reverse Osmosis Plants. These include Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul of vertical and horizontal electrical Motors, Overhead Cranes, transformers, Switchgears, Lighting Fixtures, UPS system, Battery Chargers and Banks.

Performs installation of modified control and protection system of raw water wells pump motor Control centers these include installation of GE 239 motor protection relay module.

Carrying out different test like Insulation test with BM-21 Mega Ohm tester, Contact Resistance with PME-500TR Breaker Analyzer.

Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of 20 Nos. Transformer Rectifier Units (Each unit is 1180 KW, 200 VDC and 5900 AMPS) used for Electrolysis of Sea Water for production of Sodium Hypochlorite at a rate of 35 MT per day. This involved checking the transformers, SCR circuit, individual ACB for the Rectifier units. Checking its control circuit and troubleshooting during trips and returning back the units in operation.
