Over ten years experience in multi-million dollar contract proposal writing and project management, planning and designing large-scale digital central office switching systems, mobile and microwave RF systems and fiber optic cable systems for the SE US telecomm network.. Produced 50+ million dollars in accepted contract proposals in response to US government Requests for Proposals on various types of facilities management projects nation-wide ranging from fuel tank farms to cooling systems for leading edge data centers. Successfully worked to recruit and build a staff of highly skilled engineers, architects and facility managers. Worked with BellSouth four years in the Southeast Florida area developing economic studies for and designing local and interoffice high capacity diversity fiber rings.
