Duties and responsibilities:

Coordinator of ISO & TS audit.

Coordinator of Poke-yoke system which includes identification, implementation, sustenance and improving robustness.

Controller of control plans and gauge plans.

Conduction of 5’S audit.

Coordinating other departments such as Quality & Heat treatment.

Planning and executing of the man power and work schedule.

Participating in Quality Improvement activities

Motivate and guide the operators to participate in suggestion scheme to improve Quality.

Handling of Inspection Equipments:

Sag test Machine.

Push off force test machine.

Endurance Test Machine.

Shop floor Activities:

Arrangement and work allotment of manpower Shift wise.

Daily production analysis and to take a corrective action regarding production loss.

Preparation of Maintenance check list.

Conducting internal audits, Verification of effectiveness of the implemented system.

Effective monitoring of action plan regarding rejection or deviation.
