I am Richard Zhou, US citizen, and very interested in three Peoplesoft positions that you posted on your website. I'm holding both BS and MS Computer Science degrees and over 20 years of IT experiences. Especially, I have been developing Peoplesoft HCM, Financial and Manufacturing systems using current version of Tools 8.54/App 9.2 since its version 3.01.
