I have Quality Assurance experience in both Waterfall and Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
I was the Lead for Behavior Driven Development (BDD) SQA Agile Sprint testing
I created and executed test scripts for Integration, Feature Testing, Acceptance Testing, Functionality Testing and Regression testing phases of the software development lifecycle.
I documented and communicated testing activities and results in both HP Quality Center/HP
ALM 12.0 and the Jira Ticket software BUG reporting process.

As a Quality Assurance Analyst I tested and used POS simulators to print retail customer coupons in multiple languages.
I was also the SQA Lead for Catalina Projects in support of:
- Microsoft OS upgrade for MS Windows WES2009 after Windows XP expired.
- Production Support analyst for all MS Window applications including Windows 2000, Windows 2003 Server and Windows 2008 platforms of over 30 Clients.
Mar 2004 – June 2005 Verizon Data Services (Tampa)
Working with Verizon as an ITO/UAT Lead tester, with on call support, development for Billing Systems using IBM MVS, (CICS, JCL, TSO) and Oracle/SQL query language.
Involved in end-to-end testing from Ordering through Billing verifying Oracle db info in Verizon’s Billing System ‘Arbor’ using Citrix GUI and Benthic tools.

reps. We also tested Lotus Notes and Replication software to download data to sales devices.

Administrative assistant to President of the Jewish Jewels Inc... Responsibilities included
Shipping/Receiving/Purchasing, Electronic Funds Processing(EFT), Cash, Check, and Credit
Card POS processing using DonorWorks (Omnis7) Donor Database. Supervised several
projects that required development of several promotion graphics.
June 1999 – Oct 2000 CitiBank Consultant(LATAM – Ft Lauderdale)
Quality Assurance Software Tester for CitiBanks ‘CitiDirect’ Internet Banking Project,
Ft Lauderdale.
The project consisted of testing a new Internet Web-based POS Banking System via Windows NT and Internet Explorer 5.0 using ASP, VB. The Test Team used Y2K Testing tools during UAT testing. We were required to document Test Plans, Test Cases and develop Test Scripts, Test Results and Test Defect forms. I was also responsible for running and verifying Host EOD processes, updating daily UAT User Excel Spreadsheets, and verification of the Internet database via screens and reports. I executed multiple scripts to verify screen/report formats, verbiage, and Expected results. Opened and closed Defects and
recorded documentation for further review. Used CA7 commands when required, CICS,
created Changeman Test Packets, created Operation Recovery documentation and used
Mercury Winrunner. I also used VBA macros to automate documentation to create Test
Cases based on User requirements. Also used Crystal to verify reports.

Team Lead for CitiBanks World Wide Security Services(WWSS) for Y2K Securities System
Testing. Worked under aggressive deadlines and with strict adherence to CitiBank Y2K
Software Methodologies and Standards, 5 Tandem and IBM mainframe systems were
analyzed, tested and certified for Y2k compliance. Worked with Y2K Mercury Winrunner
testing tools during UAT and Regression testing. We also documented Test Plans and Test
scripts to be used by auditors to verify testing results.
