Laptop Refresh
This was an eight-month project to facilitate the replacement of old laptops in favor of new laptops. It involves the movement of user data, applications, and settings from the old to the new.

Windows 7 Upgrade/Migration and Desktop Support
This was a one-month project to facilitate the upgrade of all PCs and Laptops to Windows 7.

Windows 7 Upgrade and Citrix Migration Project/Desktop Support
This began as a 6-month project, under contract, that upgraded all PCs and laptops to Windows 7. They also migrated to a Citrix platform that will simulate Cloud technology for all locations. An additional 10-month project helping the majority of clients switch to Virtual Machine Xen Desktop technology was also accomplished.
